BunsOut® is a dance fitness program developed for anyone with an interest in learning the fundamental movements of Ballet to various genres of music, in a joyous and non-intimidating way.
Ballet vocabulary and variations taught accessibly and with a spirit of freedom and passion to help uncover or re-discover what the participant already has inside of them. BunsOut® is meant to carry out the theme that no matter what happens we always have the power to dance through it!
This class will encourage your balance, core, glutes, quads, ankles, arms, soul and cardio stamina all while forgetting the pressure of having to “look like a ballerina”. In a BunsOut® class, we are free to look like ourselves while doing ballet, in a truly supportive and uplifting dance home. Ballet demystified. Ballet with Beats.

The pace is great -- you have an amazing read of the room, and I think you really use that to cater to who is in that class that day (speed, level of difficulty etc.). I love the way you break up class with modern movement and later use that to help beginners understand the footing and to get it into their bodies! I know I love when we get to the traditional stuff and the ballet vocabulary. I think you do an excellent job of knowing when to dial it up or down per class. Not to mention the core fundamentals of strengthening and balance are so great! Your explanation of center of gravity and putting it in words that I think really connect with people of all walks of life so that it really clicks in their bodies is incredible. I've been dancing for years and even I've seen a difference in my ankle strength and where I'm putting my weight in my feet all because you said it in a way that made sense to me.
